Privacy Policy

The public site is a set of static pages. Reading them requires no account and sets no cookie of ours. Our host records ordinary web-server request data — IP address, requested path, timestamp, user agent — as part of serving and protecting the site.

We run no analytics product. There is no Google Analytics, no session recorder, and no behavioural tracker of ours on any page.

Some pages carry advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, and may use data collected across sites to personalise them. That processing is Google's, not ours, and we receive only aggregate reporting.

You can review and change what Google uses at myadcenter.google.com. Advertising is not shown on the Subscribe, Market, Governance, or How It Works pages.

Checkout and billing are handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers and payment credentials go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers — we cannot see them, and we do not store them.

From Stripe we read the email address and subscription status of active subscribers, once a day, in order to send that day's report. Stripe is the record of who is subscribed; we keep no separate customer database.

Each report link is unique to one subscriber and one report date, is cryptographically signed, and expires 48 hours after it is issued.

When you open a link, the report is generated for you at that moment and stamped with a fingerprint: a visible watermark naming the licensee, and embedded metadata recording the subscriber email, the IP address and user agent used to download it, and the timestamp. The stamped file is streamed to you and never written to disk.

This exists for one purpose — so that a report found in circulation can be traced to the account that released it. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose. See clause 5 of the Terms of Service.

Connecting a wallet exposes its public address to the site. We do not receive your private key or seed phrase, and no page will ever ask for one.

If you claim a free subscription as a BBOT holder, we record the wallet address, the signed message proving you control it, your IP address and user agent, the token balance read at that moment, and the time. The signature is kept because it is the evidence the claim was genuine, and it is re-verified each night.

Solana is a public ledger. Wallet addresses, balances, and transactions are public by design, and anything we read there was already visible to anyone.

We use a small number of processors, each for one job:

• Stripe — payments and subscription records.
• Gandi — website hosting and outbound email.
• Google — advertising on the pages noted above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the AdSense processing described in clause 2. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate and act on a breach of the report licence.

Report links expire after 48 hours and are not stored. Claim records are kept while the claimed subscription is active and for as long afterwards as is needed to resolve a dispute about it. Subscription records live in Stripe under its retention rules. Server request logs are kept for a short operational period.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to privacy@betterbot.fi. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents have rights under the CCPA as amended, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Deleting your subscription data ends report delivery; cancel billing through Stripe's portal.

The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will delete it.
